COVID-19 Service Update

COVID-19 is a sad reality around the world and it is important to keep great communication, even though we all must be apart. This letter is to inform you that due to the nature of my work, I am not suspending my activities for the purpose of self-isolation. I work from home and, in most cases, I do not have the need to see clients face to face.

However, there will be a few changes, mainly to Certified Translation Services:

  • Effective today, Certified Translation Services will no longer have the option of documents being picked up at my office. Therefore, all clients who require Certified Translation Services will have their documents sent by post and will have to pay the postage fee as per our Terms & Conditions.
  • All other services that do not require face to face contact will remain the same.
