Personal Information:

Born in Setúbal, Portugal, Inês has been living in the UK for over 15 years. She lives in Ipswich where she works as a  freelance writer, editor and translator. She is also the co-founder of this Team. In 2008, she published a novel in Portuguese called “Isabel” which she had previously serialised in her blog. She has been writing in English from a very young age and is extremely passionate about language, style and bilingualism.

Professional Exprience:

Inês has been working in Translation for over 15 years, mainly focusing on the translation of documents and CVs. She has also translated Facebook apps and other applications as well as medical abstracts.
She has also briefly worked at a Literary Agency, where she was required to do several jobs including reading and evaluating submissions, editing manuscripts and writing reader’s reports.
Inês has two published books “Isabel”, a novel in Portuguese and “Until the End of the World”, an epic poem in English
