What happened to the tourism money?
What happened to the tourism money? After visiting Lisbon and seeing first-hand the chaos the city is in, this is the only question that comes to my mind. Why are the streets dirty, why the weeds are not clean in the residential neighbourhoods, why the rubbish is not collected and why, oh why, there is a sewage plant inside the city? I guess Mr, Carlos Moedas has a lot to answer, doesn’t he?
